Injection Molding
Injection molding is a method to obtain molded products by injecting molten plastic material into a tool under high pressure, and then cooling and solidifying the product in a highly repeatable process.
Injection molding is used to produce tight tolerance, high quality, high volume components. Our injection molding capabilities enable us to produce a wide variety of functional parts in various shapes, sizes and wall thicknesses.

Insert Molding
& Over Molding
The process begins with our client sending us a shipment of metal inserts or other prefabricated parts that require a plastic over molded component.
This part is then inserted into the mold cavity and over molded with a plastic feature.
The completed assembly is produced through a single process, which reduces manufacturing time, assembly time, and creates a high quality product. We are proud of the integrated relationships we develop through this process, which involves our clients also becoming our suppliers.

We understand how important it is to transfer tooling in a seamless and timely manner.
- Tool inspection at supplier location to review tool condition, molding process, and packaging requirements
- Discovery to assess and evaluate challenges with current tool or molding process
- Once tools arrive, comprehensive inspection and tool review with client
- Re-wire and re-configure equipment
- Sample parts are run to meet sample standards provided by the previous supplier
- Full capability study on parts
- Recommendations to improve quality, efficiency and longevity of tooling and parts based on remaining program life
- Work with the client quality department to ensure PPAP requirements are met

Takeover Tooling
& Mold Transfer Services
